Meet the Managers

Each care home has its own Home Manager who must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Registered Home Manager is responsible for ensuring that essential standards of quality and safety are met in the delivery of care. This covers six main areas: involvement and information, personalised care, treatment and support, safeguarding and safety, suitability of staff, and quality and management.
