Here at Sheffcare we employ over 400 members of staff, from Care Support Workers to Maintenance Operatives to Activity Workers. Every single one of our staff members is pivotal to our charity and without them we would not be the leading care charity in Sheffield.
All of our highly trained staff represent Sheffcare core values; caring, patient and always putting the residents needs first. We strive each and every day to ensure that our residents lives are filled with happiness and dignity whilst also providing exceptional care, personalised to their individual needs.
Our staffing turnover is significantly below the national average for the social care sector and we aim always promote training, continuous improvement and innovation amongst all of our staff.
